Let’s talk about a ‘not so public document’ that seals the fate of perpetrators of misconduct and violators of the code of conduct policy of the company – The Consequence Management Policy.

This document preserves the balancing act of the below equation in terms of importance of each of the processes:

Deterrence = Detection + Investigation + Prevention

Quite alarmingly, a significant majority of perpetrators (85%) had not previously been disciplined for fraud, although some perpetrators had either been terminated (7%) or punished for prior fraud-related issues (7%). - ACFE RTTN 2024. This further amplifies the importance of deterrence measures.

With further a-do, lets delve to dissect 'The Consequence Management Policy'.

inter-alia: A few weeks ago, I wrote about my investigation methodology on hashtag#Coldplaygate. I could not cover one of the most important spill-overs, which is encrypted in this document. Could anyone identify that?
